Not only will you be doing them a favor because you can be confident that they will receive the same exceptional representation that you have experienced with us, but you will earn a Commission Savings Certificate as a sign of our gratitude.

If we close on the purchase or sale of a home with the person(s) you referred you sent us, we will issue you a  $500 Commission Savings Certificate.  This reduces our fee for service by $500 on your next move.

In addition, there is no limit to the number of people you can refer us. For every referral who ends up closing on a property with us, we send you a Commission Savings Certificate for $500.  Use it yourself or give it as a gift to a friend who is considering their next move.   

So, even if you are not able to directly benefit from our services at this time, but you know a friend, family member or co-worker who is thinking of selling or buying a home, contact us.  You can introduce us to them and we will register you for the Certificate to be sent out upon closing.  We will be happy to keep you apprised of the status of the deal along the way.
